The SPARK'HER program aims to promote women's entrepreneurship in Ivory Coast by mentoring and training female students from various universities and colleges during one-day seminars focusing on leadership , financial education , and entrepreneurship .

A leadership module tailored to the participants and punctuated with fun activities, projection tools, and meditations allowing young women to reflect on their role and their future
Each participant engaged in a reflection process to develop a personalized action plan following the seminar.
A module dedicated to budget management through direct exchanges and practical advice on financial empowerment and saving
