OUR OBSERVATION
Our NGO is founded on the observation that most women in Côte d'Ivoire work in the informal sector, with their businesses rarely growing beyond the level of “small-scale commerce.” Yet women’s contributions are crucial to boosting a country’s economic growth. Indeed, when they succeed, they benefit their families and communities, thereby improving their well-being while creating a lasting impact. We are therefore working to empower all women in Côte d'Ivoire.
We are breaking the “curse of small-scale commerce,” which traps women in the informal sector, without training, ambition, information, or financing.
