To mark International Women’s Day, Saturday, March 7, 2026, featured the second day of activities organized by COMMAN-YA. The day continued with a focus on promoting women’s entrepreneurship through the Agora Pop-Up, a space dedicated to showcasing women entrepreneurs and their products.
The goal of this initiative was to celebrate women’s talent, creativity, and economic potential, while providing them with a platform to showcase their work and connect with the public.
Participants were thus able to :
showcase their products
meet new customers
expand their professional network
share their entrepreneurial experiences
This space demonstrated in concrete terms that women’s entrepreneurship is a key driver of economic empowerment and inclusive urban development.
COMMAN-YA : A Company Committed to Women’s Empowerment
Through this event, we reaffirmed COMMAN-YA’s commitment to supporting women on their path to economic independence, entrepreneurship, and access to opportunities.
Our mission is to create spaces for dialogue, training, and collaboration that enable women to develop their potential and strengthen their ability to take action in society.
The Agora Pop-Up & Talk perfectly embodies this vision: connecting women, fostering the sharing of experiences, and promoting concrete solutions to strengthen their autonomy and access to their rights.
Toward a More Equitable and Inclusive Society
Women’s economic empowerment is not only an individual issue but also a strategic driver for the development of urban societies.
When women gain access to economic resources and entrepreneurial opportunities, they contribute to :
local economic growth
the reduction of social inequalities
improved family well-being
the strengthening of justice and equity
The discussions that shaped this talk demonstrated that access to justice and economic independence are deeply intertwined. A woman who has the financial means to defend herself is better able to assert her rights and actively participate in transforming society.
A Momentum to Sustain
The Agora Pop-Up & Talk, organized to mark International Women’s Day, was a powerful moment of reflection, sharing, and collective commitment.
We leave this gathering with a renewed conviction: women’s economic empowerment is an essential pillar for building cities that are more just, more inclusive, and more equitable. The event aimed to support women’s entrepreneurship and showcase high-quality local products while providing a welcoming atmosphere for families and friends to enjoy together. It also demonstrated the power of women’s collaboration and the importance of supporting local initiatives to foster economic inclusion and diversity in the business world.
A true success!
By continuing these initiatives, we will keep supporting women entrepreneurs, encouraging dialogue, and promoting concrete actions in favor of equality and access to rights.
Because when a woman gains economic independence, society as a whole moves toward greater justice and dignity.
